Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service! Please make sure to read it fully!

General info

  • Prices are in USD, payment via Lavatop (Paypal or card), 100% payment upfront. The service takes 8% fee, if you want to help cover it, let me know and i will include it in the price! thank you!

  • My timezone is UTC+3, weekends are Saturday and Sunday, so I might not reply to you instantly! Thank you for understanding!

  • Additional characters – +100%.

  • I charge 10 - 15$ per char. extra for complicated designs/coat pattern

  • Deadline is approximately 2 months after the payment (May increase to 3 months if the comm is very complex, i'll let you know).

  • You can check your commission status in the queue through the link following below!

  • If you need a shorter deadline (a b-day, some celebration etc) it’s up for discussion for extra payment!

  • Overwise the art is done by “first come - first serve” (or depending on the complexity).

  • The result will be provided via google drive in the png format. Make sure to save your art as I will be deleting the files after a while!

  • Refunds are available, 92% before the start of the work (the service takes 8% fee of each payment), after the sketch stage - depending on the amount of the work i've completed.

Do’s and don’ts

I will draw:

  • MLP and alike

  • Pets/Ferals and animals in general

  • Anthro/Furry

  • Moomin, Animal Crossing, Bluey etc (smol creatures)

I will not draw:

  • Humans

  • NSFW (and suggestive stuff too)

  • Machines/vehicles/robots

  • Architecture

Process

Please provide references of your character, artworks with a clear description work too!Any visual references are highly appreciated!
You can even doodle the poses yourself if you find it hard to describe them with words (yes even in ms paint or in a mobile graphic redactor with your finger, yes even if you think that you can’t draw) idc if that looks silly, it’s always very helpful for me as an artist! (i also love seeing ur silly sketches :з )Revisions are free on the sketch stage only! Please make sure to describe your idea properly and be sure of what you wanna see! You can also give me artistic freedom, but I don't accept major revisions in that case at all (except for any mistakes on my side of course! if i drew your OC wrong in any way don’t hesitate to point it out!).
From the lineart stage i have the right to refuse revisions or ask for extra payment in case of major changes.I provide 1-3 WIPs depending on the complexity of the piece. I kindly ask you to check the commission queue for your comm status before asking me! I work mostly first come first serve!

Other

  • My art is for personal use only! Commercial use is discussed separately.

  • Please don’t claim my artwork as your own/don’t edit out my signature.

  • Please make sure to credit me when you post my art (@redcofu) .

  • No NFTs, no feeding my art to AI databases.

  • I have the right to decline your commission if i feel like i can’t draw it properly (or for undisclosed reasons).

  • I have the right to post your commission, WIPs, timelapses etc on any of my socials by default. If you want me to keep your comm private i'll ask for 50% extra on the payment, as every artwork is crucial for me to post for the portfolio!

  • I have the right to use declined sketches in other works.

Reference sheets - base price above + 15% extra.
For example: a furry character, flatcolour, 2 fullbodies (80+80) + 1 headshot (50) = 210$, + 15% extra (15% out of 210 is 31,5). The final price is going to be 210 + 31,5 = 231,5$.

Backgrounds
Abstract (flatcolour, simple shapes etc) - free of charge
Simple - 5-15$ per a prop / detail (a plush, a simple sky, minimalistic grass etc)
Complex - depending on complexity (for example, Cloudy sky + rendered grass field from 50$, a complex scenery with trees rocks etc from 100$).

Sketch commissions
From time to time I open slots for artistic freedom sketch commissions. If not sure you can write to me through any of my socials to check if there are slots available.
Prices below are for artistic freedom sketches (no revisions and you can only clarify the overall vibe and character's personality etc). If you want a specific idea with the right to make revisions in this style, i'll charge 15$ extra on the base price.
